About Cozy Spruce Treehouse

The elevated wooden base provides a compact living space with room for essential storage, crafting and decoration, while the high-up structure keeps you safe from mobs below. The treehouse is a great addition to a Minecraft survival world, forest village or woodland-themed map, offering a fun elevated home with plenty of character.

Common questions

Do I need to be good at building to make Cozy Spruce Treehouse?
No - Cozy Spruce Treehouse is rated easy, one of the gentlest builds on the site. The 3D guide shows every block in place before you put it there, over 26 steps, so following it is a matter of copying what is on screen. If you can place a block, you can build this.
How long does Cozy Spruce Treehouse take to build?
About 10 - 15 min following the guide: it is 105 blocks, placed in 26 steps. That estimate assumes every material is already collected and in a chest nearby; it does not include gathering them, which is usually the slowest part. Pasting the schematic in instead takes seconds.
What blocks do I need for Cozy Spruce Treehouse?
Mostly 28 spruce slab, 17 spruce trapdoor, 16 spruce fence, 9 ladder and 8 spruce fence gate, plus 10 other kinds of block. The material list counts every one and ticks them off as you collect.
How big is Cozy Spruce Treehouse?
8 by 8 blocks across and 20 tall - a large build. Leave a block or two around it on your plot so there is room for paths and the edges.
Can I download Cozy Spruce Treehouse as a schematic?
Yes. Every build comes with a .schem file you can paste with WorldEdit or project block by block with Litematica, plus ready-made world downloads. Downloads for this build need a VIP membership.
Does this work on Bedrock, or only Java?
Both. World downloads are provided for Java and for Bedrock, so it works on PC and mobile (on a console, upload the world to a Realm and load it from there). The 3D guide itself runs in the browser and needs no mods at all.
Do I need any mods to follow the guide?
No mods, no launcher, nothing to install. The guide is a web page. Mods only come into it if you choose to paste the build in with WorldEdit or Litematica instead of placing it yourself.
