An oak survival house with twin gable dormers on the upper floor and a central balcony with hanging plant boxes. The stone and cobblestone base gives way to oak planks and stripped oak on the upper sections, with bushes and roses planted around the front. There's a covered area on the left side and a smithing or utility setup on the right. The whole build only uses materials you'll have access to within your first few sessions. Fits into just about any biome and works as a reliable mid-game home once you need more room than a starter base can offer.
Oak Twin Gable Lodge is a medium-sized Minecraft build, 11 by 21 blocks across and 12 blocks tall. It uses 887 blocks of 44 different kinds, placed over 190 steps in the 3D guide. The main blocks are 94 oak log, 67 oak planks, 66 dark oak stairs, 56 spruce stairs and 55 spruce slab. It is rated easy to build and takes about 1h following the guide.
