About Basketball Court #1

A basketball court with full court markings, hoops at both ends, and colour-coded seating along one side. The key areas are marked out in blue and green. It features a redstone slime launcher for slam dunking. Red and teal seating sections keep the stands looking clean. A fun build for modern city worlds or multiplayer servers, and the flat layout makes it easy to place just about anywhere. Could double as a minigame arena too.

Basketball Court #1 is a large Minecraft build, 35 by 28 blocks across and 11 blocks tall. It uses 1,345 blocks of 32 different kinds, placed over 129 steps in the 3D guide. The main blocks are 320 cyan terracotta, 191 white concrete, 130 smooth quartz, 94 andesite and 48 smooth quartz slab. It is rated medium to build and takes about 1h following the guide.

Common questions

Do I need to be good at building to make Basketball Court #1?
Not really - Basketball Court #1 is rated medium: a few fiddly parts, but nothing the guide doesn't walk you through. The 3D guide shows every block in place before you put it there, over 129 steps, so following it is a matter of copying what is on screen. If you can place a block, you can build this.
How long does Basketball Court #1 take to build?
About 1h following the guide: it is 1,345 blocks, placed in 129 steps. That estimate assumes every material is already collected and in a chest nearby; it does not include gathering them, which is usually the slowest part. Pasting the schematic in instead takes seconds.
What blocks do I need for Basketball Court #1?
Mostly 320 cyan terracotta, 191 white concrete, 130 smooth quartz, 94 andesite and 48 smooth quartz slab, plus 27 other kinds of block. The material list counts every one and ticks them off as you collect.
How big is Basketball Court #1?
35 by 28 blocks across and 11 tall - a large build. Leave a block or two around it on your plot so there is room for paths and the edges.
Can I download Basketball Court #1 as a schematic?
Yes. Every build comes with a .schem file you can paste with WorldEdit or project block by block with Litematica, plus ready-made world downloads. Downloads for this build need a VIP membership.
Does this work on Bedrock, or only Java?
Both. World downloads are provided for Java and for Bedrock, so it works on PC and mobile (on a console, upload the world to a Realm and load it from there). The 3D guide itself runs in the browser and needs no mods at all.
Do I need any mods to follow the guide?
No mods, no launcher, nothing to install. The guide is a web page. Mods only come into it if you choose to paste the build in with WorldEdit or Litematica instead of placing it yourself.
