Who's running it

The giveaway (the "Promotion") is run by Gorillo Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17373133, registered office Sapphire House, Knightsdale Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, England, IP1 4JJ (the "Promoter", "we", "us"). Questions? Email contact@gorillobuild.com.

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform (including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or Patreon).

Who can enter

• Open to anyone who joins the GorilloBuild waitlist before the closing date below.
• By entering, you confirm you meet these terms. If you're under 13, a parent or guardian should join on your behalf, the same as signing up. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian is happy for you to take part and receive the prize.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
• No purchase is necessary, and no purchase increases your chance of winning.

How to enter

Join the waitlist at gorillobuild.com with a valid email address. Each person may enter once; duplicate or fake entries are removed. Entry is free.

Closing date

Entries close when GorilloBuild launches. We'll draw winners shortly after launch. If the launch date changes, the closing date moves with it.

The prize

• Five (5) winners, each receiving 3 months of VIP membership to GorilloBuild, free.
• The prize is given as a one-time-use discount code that applies 3 months of VIP free. Each code works once and stops working after it's redeemed.
• There is no cash alternative and the prize can't be exchanged. We may offer a prize of equal or greater value if we have to.

How winners are chosen

The 5 winners are picked at random from all eligible entries after entries close. The draw is run by the Promoter (or someone acting on our behalf), and our decision is final.

How winners get the prize

After the draw, we'll email each winner a one-time-use code for 3 months of VIP, at the address they joined the waitlist with. Enter it at checkout to redeem, there's nothing else to claim.

If an email can't be delivered, or a winner can't be reached within a reasonable time (at least 30 days), we may draw a replacement.

Your data

We handle the email you enter with in line with our waitlist privacy notice. We use it to run the waitlist and, if you win, to email you your prize code. We won't publish your details without your consent.

General

We may amend these terms, or cancel or suspend the Promotion, if something outside our reasonable control makes that necessary, we'll always act fairly if we do. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't be limited by law. This Promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
