Waitlist Privacy Notice

What we collect

• The email address you enter to join the waitlist.
• The date and source of your signup (so we know when and where you joined).

That's it. We don't ask for your name, and we don't collect anything else at this stage.

Why we use it

We use your email only to contact you about GorilloBuild's launch and related updates. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your choices" below), and doing so won't affect anything else.

Who helps us handle it

We share your email only with the service providers that make the waitlist work:

• Supabase - securely stores the waitlist.
• Resend - sends our emails.

We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing. Some providers are based outside the UK/EEA; where data is transferred internationally, it's protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send, which removes you from the list. You also have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these, just email contact@gorillobuild.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your email only until you unsubscribe, or until a reasonable period after launch, whichever comes first - then it's deleted.

If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to join the waitlist on your behalf.

The waitlist is run by Gorillo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17373133, with its registered office at Sapphire House, Knightsdale Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, England, IP1 4JJ.
